Not asking about the scion tribe, but more asking for the future - will we ever be able to tell if a tribe is "sponsored" or if it's just a fanbase kinda thing?

I mean, if I had a Scion (I don't) and I really liked it (moot, but the xB is a really ugly box to me), I could have created a Scion tribe.

What will happen if there already exists a tribe for something that someone wants to sponsor officially? And what will happen if I decide that I want to setup a non-sponsored Scion tribe?
